The University of Duke, in collaboration with EFAS, is offering a prestigious Foot and Ankle Research Fellowship under the mentorship of Prof. Cesar de Cesar Netto.

This unique program combines a strong research foundation—including translational, cadaveric, and biomechanical studies, as well as clinical research—with a hands-on clinical experience in the OR and outpatient clinics, providing direct patient interaction.

Are you dedicated to advancing the field of Foot and Ankle Surgery? EFAS invites you to apply for our prestigious grants and prizes, offering substantial support and recognition for your research efforts.

We are proud to share that the first EFAS Principles Course in Foot and Ankle Surgery, organized by the EFAS Humanitarian Committee, took place from April 28th to 30th at Hospital Central de Maputo, Mozambique.

This landmark event was organized in collaboration with BOFAS, AOFAS, AMOT, and COSECSA, demonstrating a strong spirit of international partnership and commitment to surgical education in Low and middle income countries.

This Fellowship is an opportunity for a Foot and Ankle Surgeon in Training given by the GFFC to spend three week in Germany, travelling through three centers, Lübeck, Mainz and Munich.
This Fellowship will be on two last weeks of November  and the first week in December 2025 and will end with the participation GFFC Annual Congress in Munich on 05.-06.12.2025.
