EFAS Membership

National Society Membership

National Societies within Europe can choose to join the EFAS community. Criteria for membership shall be determined by the council as advised by the Membership Committee.

The basic criterion will be to satisfy the Council of Management that the applying National Society fulfils the function of being a National Society of predominantly Orthopaedic Surgeons dedicated to the advancement of Foot & Ankle Surgery within their own country.

Join EFAS

Membership of a National Society accepted for affiliation with EFAS will convey full membership of EFAS to all Individuals of the Affiliated National Society and entitle them to receive the journal of the Society. They may also vote at the General Assembly and be elected to join the Council, unless they would fall into the category of Associate Membership.

Membership fee is decided by council and is available on request. Each member should pay to its national society and a single payment will be made to EFAS by the National society. A reduced membership fee is available for Trainees. Each National Society is responsible for the verification of its members and trainees.
